The use of STABIGEL V also has a positive effect on the unwanted formation of side jelly; the jelly deposits can be completely avoided with pâté and all-meat products.

The use of our filling aids also prevents the separation of the chunks during the production of chunks in sauce or jelly and guarantees a homogenous distribution in the sauce/jelly.
