Very interesting and new properties can be achieved with thickeners from CHT based on modified guar ethers as well as with anti-deposition agents and rheology additives based on Xanthan gum in organic bonded paint systems such as dispersion, silicone resin.
Synthetic resin bonded coatings with suitable water-repellents reduce the penetration of water into plaster or bricking and structural damages are minimized.
